The Coaching Process

My Philosophy

I strongly believe that every human being is unique in their experiences, values, perspectives, priorities, talents and skills. As we grow in our careers, we are challenged to broaden our perspective, skills and experiences. My role is to increase self and social awareness, facilitate development focused on intentions and needs and support growth by introducing new perspectives and new skills.

My Approach

My intent is to listen openly and attentively, so that you really feel heard and understood in a non-judgmental way.  My hope is that you will experience me as a real and genuine person in our coaching relationship and develop a trusting relationship, which allows you to grow and manage your current challenges and opportunities.

Through interviewing, assessments and other tools, we can gather the feedback necessary to understand how you perceive yourself and how you are perceived by others.  It is only by understanding and uncovering those blindspots that we can begin to improve our relationships with others.
