My fifth grade teacher, Mrs. Sarantopolus, posted new quotes and photos around the classroom every week. She required that we choose one image or quote and write an essay that focused on the thoughts that image or quote inspired within us. She helped me to not only examine my own thoughts and view of the world but to also expand my thoughts and views. Great teachers are one of our most valuable assets. This section is my tribute to those teachers and to the teacher voice within me.
