How Does It Work?

I tailor my approach to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are based on a continual process of assessment, goal setting, action steps, and back-to-assessment. You can choose to work individually or as part of a group.

Individual coaching occurs online or in the comfort of your office or other quiet place. Sessions are generally held at least two times a month. Scheduling regular sessions allows us to track and support the realization of your goals properly.

How Long Does it Last?

Every individual is unique in their perspective and needs. Coaching involves an intentional change of behavior, which takes time to occur. For that reason, to see lasting change, we recommend 6-18 months, depending on your resources and your situation..
